The idea of Proper Kickback came from the love of bringing people together for a good time. I have been hosting and planning kickbacks all my life without realizing it. I always had to have big birthday parties and sleepovers growing up. There is a love of seeing people come together, network, and exchange ideas. I believe with a Proper Kickback people will be able to be their true self and not have the pressures of the club. I just want to provide an atmosphere that is fun and inviting.
Erin Thomas a.k.a “E”
Erin is a HR Director for the Department of Insurance. She is also the owner of the skin care brand Oba Essentials and she is a licensed esthetician. Erin is a woman of many talents. Her experience with leading and working with people from different backgrounds makes her an irreplaceable part of our team. Her tireless and relentless work ethic shows in any task placed in front of her.
Steven Morrison a.k.a “Steve Mo”
Steve Mo is a Talent Producer for ESPN. He books athletes and celebrities for multiple platforms on ESPN. In his spare time, he helps Proper Kickback in a myriad of ways from cooking, networking, planning events, and anything else that helps propel the business.
David Smith a.k.a Smitty
Smitty is an administrator at Crayton Middle school, where he won Classified Employee of the year in 2018. He is also an Assistant Coach for the 2016 State Champions A.C. Flora Falcons. He is a jack of all trades for Proper Kickback. From prepping, cooking, planning, and executing many other tasks. Smitty is a dependable member of the team.
Ralph Wright a.k.a “Ralph”
Ralph is a music producer in Atlanta, Georgia. He also works on sets for some of your favorite TV shows. He helps Proper Kickback with capturing the overall vibe of our events. He specializes in providing the music, booking events, and much more. Ralph knows what your kickback needs to be done Proper.
